A community member is unable to publish their Actor, even though they have purchased the creator plan. Other community members have experienced the same issue. The support team has been contacted, and they have informed the community members that a temporary security feature has been implemented to prevent bots from creating Actors. Once the support team verifies that the community members are not bots, they will be able to publish their Actors. The support team has resolved the issue for one community member, and they recommend that others contact the support team for assistance.
I had the same problem yesterday, and I have contacted the support via the chat support, they responded today and told me that they have implemented a temporarily security feature that prevents bots from creating actors, once they have verified that you are not a bot!! you will be able to publish as many actors as you want. they solved it anyway and now I can publish my actor. Just contact the support and they will help you out! cheers
