The community member was looking at some statistics and had questions about the meaning of "Users" and "Success Ratio". They assumed "Users" refers to the total number of trial or paid users ever, rather than currently active users. As for "Success Ratio", the community member was unsure if it meant the percent of successful runs in total, from other users, or the percent of trial users that end up paying.
In the comments, another community member asked for clarification on which statistics the original poster was referring to. The original poster then clarified that they were asking about the "Success Ratio" and "Users" shown on the main page, in the lower right corner. Another community member then confirmed that "Users" refers to the total number of users who ever tried the scraper, not just the currently active ones.
I was looking at some of the statistics and was wondering what "Users" and "Success Ratio" mean. I'm assuming that "Users" means the total number of trial or paid users ever rather than currently. Is this correct? (though I do see that I can monitor paying/trial users under publication statistics, I was wondering what "Success Ratio" means. Does it mean the percent of successful runs in total or from other users? Or does it mean the percent of trail users that end up paying? Thanks.
Sorry, I just realized that success ratio means the percent of successful runs. I was asking about the "Success Ratio" there and "Users" from the main page. Like this: (lower right corner). In terms of users I was wondering if it represents the number of active users (on trial or paying) or total users to ever try the scraper.
