Scheduler API giving us a limit of 500 Scheduler records

It looks like my organization is getting blocked by this limit and we are getting this error: User cannot have more than 500 schedules. Please contact support@apify.com to increase your limit.

I've reached out to the support team on increasing the limit, but what is the hard limit on the schedule record count?

I see the limit here from the docs (https://docs.apify.com/platform/limits) does not line up with the error I am getting
