I just tested the latest version of apify-cli and it worked properly. This seems more like problem related to your network, can you try to run it from somewhere else? What version of apify-cli are you using?

Thank you, it should be related to the network, It's working for me now as well. If a proxy is set, will the underlying requests automatically use it?

I am not sure about there is a way to setup proxy just for apify-cli but if it is set up on the OS level then it should. Where did you setup the proxy?

It's set in windows and apify-cli run in wsl throught mirror network
