Before in my scraper for firmy.cz I used
"cityUrl": "/kraj-stredocesky/kolin/3412-kolin",
"city": "Kolín"

Can you please advise me what to write after "cityUrl" and "city" if I want to scrape the whole country of the Czech Republic?

No, Apify doesn't participate at all. You discuss payment with the dev.
So, just follow some general rules.
Transfer money if you are sure that required fixes/job were made (if you didn't discuss some small prepayment with the dev).
