Can't subscribe to Creator Plan

I'm trying to subscribe to Creator Plan but when I click on 'Subscribe' on https://apify.com/pricing/creator-plan, it redirects to console but nothing happens. I guess this is a bug?

I also had this issue, create one 'testing' actor on the platform and plan should become visible

I can't create an actor because I reached the monthly free usage

no, actually the button 'Develop New' is disabled for me. I guess I'll have to wait for the next billing period
