Apify support is unresponsive via email

I reached out to Apify on Linked about something, they instructed me to contact support via email. I did but I didn't hear back from them (2 days now).

What do you mean by "actor update"?

If your question is about any public scrapers from the Apify Store, please post it in the "Issues" tab of the relevant scraper.

For any other questions, feel free to create a separate post here in Discord, and I or our community devs will do our best to assist you.
I got somes of my actors that I need to extend their trial periods. All done except this one https://apify.com/azzouzana/leboncoin-listing-pages-scraper-by-search-url (change its trial from 1 day to 3 days) because it turns out to be a very short timeframe for users to test it and look at how they can integrate it

@azzouz we are connected on emails. We have already changed trials for rest of actors and this is still in process. I have another update regarding this Actor which I will send in few days. I request you to have some patience.
