Hello Based on the input for the actor https://apify.com/apify/google-search-scraper/input-schema#queries you may specify the whole url for input so if you set something like https://www.google.com/search?q=my+searched+keyword&start=10 you may skip the first 10 results and get the results from the second page (default pagination size is set to 10 items for a page).
