Apify Api Data?

I looked through Apify api etc. Can't necassarily find what I am looking for. Is their a way to use Apify api to Pull a list of actors from the market place.Then get details of input description and json example?Im asking is I am creating a complex project and trying to find a way I can test to make sure Api points with certain APify actors or up to date with the latest schema? As I will be using many of them and want to automate keeping schemas up to date with alerts that things have changed.
