Actor insights page blank

When I try to go to the insights page for one of my actors, the page is blank. Empty charts flash on the screen initially but then disappear.

Works good for me, can you open the browser dev-tools and check if there is any error in the Console tab?
There were definitely errors when I looked earlier, on my phone now
Knowing the errors would help us investigate the problem. There might be something cached in the browser localStorage etc. But if you can reproduce the behavior so we may identify the error before clearing the cache browser, it can help other users when they would be dealing with the same problem in the future. πŸ™‚
I'll take a look when I get a chance and send you the errors.

try to delete the browser cache or open the page in incognito mode to see if it helps.
I'm getting the same errors after clearing the cache.
Thank you for confirmation. Is it just this one Actor or other Actors as well?
For my other actor (yDzFEpGEvWgU3UsSB), the page is loading but the charts are blank. I'm getting only this error.

Hi again we are still having issue to reproduce it. Based on the error it seems there are no data coming to the calendar. We thought about you might be using some browser extension that might block the request, but it doesn't correspond with you being able to reproduce same behavior on your phone.

Can you please also check the Network tab in dev-tools for failed requests? Is there any error or explanation?
There don't appear to be any network request failures. Endpoints like /daily and /monthly are returning what looks like valid data.

I tried it in Edge and Firefox and got the same behavior.
This is really weird, we do not have any other reports like this one. I would try to use in-browser debugger to see where is the null value coming from but that would be long way run.
Insights also empty for me

Can you please add some error trace from your devTools tab (if You have any) ?
I've been getting this issue too. Tried it on Chromebook and iOS Safari. I will DM you the error log from my browser.
could it be it's empty because my actor was marked as under maintenance? I'm not seeing any errors

This is still happening for me. One observation is that the data seems to briefly show before the whole section is hidden presumably when javascript error is thrown.
I think I found out the reason. It's the timezone. I changed my timezone to the same one that is used in Czechia, and it worked. Btw, I'm from Brazil.
