Problem with adding a payment method

At a glance
During the addition of a new payment method (credit card) I get an error that:

The supplied card data failed tokenization. Please ensure you have sufficient funds on your card.

This is not correct as I have funds on the card and I can see from my bank (revolte) that the transaction was accepted.

We can't do much about this since this is handled by payment provider Braintree. Can you reach to our support chat on the website?
Thanks for the reply, I will have a look. To be honest though I don't want to put more time then the minimum to get this working and may just use a different bank.
